The Director General of the 2027 Presidential Campaign Council, Senator Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar, has said he is optimistic that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will no doubt win the 2027 presidential election, considering the number of economic-driven achievements made under his administration.
Yari, who made the pronouncement in an interview on Friday at his Talata Mafara hometown residence after a stakeholders meeting which was organised to educate the people of the state on how President Tinubu earned credit in the areas of changing the bad narrations of the country’s economy for the better.
He said that although all measures that are put in place in a quest to revive an already ravaged economy must be painful to the extent that people may bear with difficulty, adding that, “It is obvious, President Tinubu has been working tirelessly to make his dream a reality by making Nigeria a haven for the common man”.
“We have many good things to show to the good people of this country; we are not only seeking Tinubu’s reelection just for him to remain President of Nigeria till 2031, but to ensure the completion of what has been started and needs more time to reach the stage of maturity for the benefit of fellow citizens”.
According to Yari, only those are not happy with the magic being played by President Tinubu towards a safer direction that is currently fixing the problems which were artificially created earlier by either the nature and/or the filthy works of unpatriotic champions who deliberately placed obstacles that nearly brought the nation’s economy to its knees.
Senator Yari opined that, apart from some groups of unpatriotic Nigerians who would not yearn for Tinubu’s reelection because they have failed to secure a chance to implement their selfish plans which would not be in favour of the nation’s economy, all citizens of the country expressed their willingness to support the second term bid.
“I will go round the country with confidence that APC will win; we would just do that to pay a thank-you visit, not to pursue their votes, for believing that our good people have already indicated their appreciation for what Tinubu’s administration has so far done in an effort to secure a bright future for them and the generation yet to come”.
