As President Bola Tinubu picked Kashim Shettima as his 2027 Presidential running mate, Musa Illiyasu Kwankwaso has said the All Progressives Congress (APC) has finally gotten the North with everyone ready to reelect the team back to office.
According to Kwankwaso, the Director Finance Hadejia Jammaare River Basin, said the development was the biggest things that comes to the Northern Region.
President Tinubu, who submits his INEC nomination form to the APC NWC and unveils Vice President Kashim Shettima as his running mate for the 2027 presidential election in Abuja, has according to Kwankwaso dealt a serious blow to enemies of Tinubu’s contest.
Tinubu made the announcement through Ibrahim Masari, his Special Adviser on Political Affairs, who also submitted Shettima’s nomination form during a brief event attended by APC leaders at the Continental Hotel in Abuja, signifies a great moment for the country.
In a press release issued on Friday, Kwankwaso noted that Shettima has been one of the greatest vanguard of the Government victory.
He said overtime, the Vice President, has used his wisdom to kept the North as a one family regardless of the hue cries of some disgruntled elements who wanted to uses few frictions to cause disaffection.
“We have seen how Kashim Shettima has been up and down helping the Government in maintaining a United North and indeed the whole Nigeria Country, we also have seen how he has been representing the President at the World stages”.
Kwankwaso, assured President Tinubu that the picking of Shettima is the most important things as per his reelection bid is concerned, adding that as it is now in the region APC has gained strong ground for even Governor’s and other elective offices.
