…Vows Support For Renewed Hope Agenda
The Bichi’s Ward-wide Ambassadors for Tinubu 2027 have congratulated the Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Appropriations, Hon. Abubakar Bichi, on his 45th birthday.
The group, through its Convener, Edward Abakpa, described Bichi as a committed public servant whose dedication to legislative duties, constituents and humanity reflects the qualities of President Bola Tinubu.
Bichi is rrepresents thehi Federal Constituency of Kano State in the House of Representatives and is the grand patron of the group.
In a statement issued on Friday, the group acknowledged Bichi’s contributions to the National Assembly, particularly his leadership of the House Committee on Appropriations and his role in the consideration and oversight of the nation’s annual budgets.
It said his position as Chairman of the Appropriations Committee placed him at the centre of one of the most critical aspects of parliamentary responsibility, noting that his efforts had contributed to the legislative process of scrutinising and shaping budgetary allocations for national development.
According to the statement, “Hon. Abubakar Kabir Bichi embodies the qualities of selfless service to humanity, which are also central to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s leadership philosophy.”
The group further commended Bichi for what it described as his commitment to effective representation, community development and initiatives aimed at improving the welfare of his constituents.
“His contributions as Chairman of the House Committee on Appropriations demonstrate the enormous responsibility entrusted to him by the House and the confidence reposed in his capacity to contribute to the nation’s development,” Abakpa said.
The group said Bichi’s birthday was an opportunity to celebrate his achievements in public service and recognise his contributions to legislative development, particularly through his oversight of the appropriation process.
It prayed that God would grant the lawmaker continued wisdom, good health and strength to discharge his responsibilities, while wishing him many more years of impactful service to his constituents and the country.
The Bichi’s Ward-wide Ambassadors for Tinubu 2027 also reaffirmed its commitment to promoting the Renewed Hope agenda of President Tinubu and mobilising support for the administration’s programmes and policies.
